John L. Noonan, P.E.-P.L.S.
Mr. Noonan is a Registered Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer with twenty-seven years of experience. He has prepared boundary plans in both cities and rural wooded areas were a boundary plan was not previously referenced. Property line surveys have been for areas as large as 500 acres. Physical monumentation needed to be recovered for these surveys and it varied from stonewalls, ridges, ring of stones, trees, watercourses and stone bounds. Also included with work performed are land court surveys, topographic surveys, detail surveys, accident surveys, settlements surveys, title insurance surveys and construction layout. Civil site designs were also performed for residential housing complexes and conventional subdivisions, industrial sites, commercial developments and public utility improvements. February 1986 - October 1986 Kimball Chase, 51 Main Street, Salem NH 03079 With this firm I served as a project engineer and land surveyor supervisor. Daily duties were to oversee the land survey personnel and review their work. I also provided civil design for commercial sites and subdivision. June 1978 - February 1986 BSC - Bedford, 18 North Road, Bedford, MA 01730 (formerly Miller & Nylander, 114 Waltham Street, Lexington, MA 02173) Met directly with prospective clients to determine needs, develop proposal, delegate and supervise work or handle it directly. Attended hearings with local, state, and federal agencies. Evaluated sites for potential development. This included improvements for industrial, commercial and residential developments, municipal projects, athletic fields, on-site sewerage disposal facilities, and sewerage lift stations. Past duties included supervising land surveying, performing research at local, county, and state agencies, preparing property line worksheets and final plans.
