Projects included a T.O.P.I.C.S. signalization of Main Street, in-house design and application for Urban Systems funding of the rebuilding of Washington Street, and various drainage, sewerage, and road reconstruction programs. June 1968 to June 1972 State of California Division of Highways, District 4 San Francisco, CA With the Division, I worked on the design of a section of I-280. This particular section involved special drainage considerations because it traversed the only watershed of the City of San Francisco. Other duties included the Bridge Department in Sacramento, traffic density/flow studies, and route surveying. Education
